CCCU have a new name?

How strange is this? I received a SW alert just now stating I had a balance increase but that wasn't the strange part...the creditor was American Baptist Credit Union yet I know this is CCCU since it listed the last 4 digits of my CC and listed CCCU's address as well.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

I have 3 CCCU accounts and I believe the credit card reports under the American Baptist name.

That's odd still...my CRs report the creditor as CCCU whereas the SW alert listed it as American Baptist...just curious though. I'm glad to know they are one and the same. I about had a heart attack when I got the alert and thought initally, "This isn't my account!". Whew!

I really like them even though my CL is only $500. I got the card back in Oct 07 so I'm hoping at the 6 month mark, I can get a CLI from them. I was looking at their other products (checkings & savings) and am considering moving my banking business with them but I'm happy with BOFA which I know lots of people dislike!

they report as christian community credit union for me.  I think they are great.
