i SIMPLY DO NOT GET THIS. I always pif. They changed the billing and
statement date and it reported to CRA.
Some of my Chase statement dates are constant, some bounce around by a few days. Always check online after each statement cuts - Chase displays the next statement date in the account detail window ...
Yes, i love this about the new cc law! I checked all of my statements made after 2/22 to see if any of the dates changed and yup, a few of them are due sooner. Those crooks!! Orchard too, so please check those statements fico friends!
No change in Orchard billing dates here.

the new laws means your due date is the same day every month, I February all my chase accounts gain 3 days with no change in statement date
Sorry to step on the thread.. but when does this happen? My one cc changes every month. My due date always varies by 2 or so days.. and my closing date varies but up to a week. Will the closing date stay the same too?
I pay off my cc before the due date and I refuse to use it again until the statement cuts. Unfortunately the statement does not post online right away. I end up only using my card about 2 weeks a month.
what ever was your February statement due date was should your permanent due date

Or possibly your March statement date. This would have become effective with the Credit CARD Act.
What's interesting about OP's post is that in my case, Chase has always reported on the same date. Maybe it's because February was a short month... But that doesn't make sense, because that would make the new date earlier, not later.
casinoannie, did your statement date on this card used to change around, or was it always on the same date?
* goes to pay off Chase early, just in case *
Chase has always been the same for me too. Due on the 3rd and statement on the 6th. It's good to know that all other cc's are forced to do the same thing.
It was always about the same.
I just had checked my statement and there was no payment due but
they reported to CRAs early and gave me an earlier payment date in April.
