Hi everyone, I am in attempts to reorganize my credit card portfolio and cancel some cards I really do not need for better reward cards, I app'd for chase freedom on Monday recieved the dreaded message on line, app is in review will notify within 7 to 10 days in writing. I have read Chase is slow in the app approval process but I think this is probably a denial they pulled EX my worst report with 2 old baddies, recent Discover account reporting and 3 inquiries, but I am willing to call to find out the end result of this app and to ask for reconsideration and to top it off I have never dealt with this bank before. My questions are has anyone had any recent denial with this Bank, how is the bank with reconsiderations, is the current number to call 1-800-945-2004 and what is the best time to call, thanks for any information.
