i just got a letter from them saying that they increased my cl from 4250 to 4550.
Aren't they generous.
I also was an ex-WAMU cardholder that was transferred to Chase. I lost my job shortly after and fell behind in my payments. Not my choice, but the economy didn't give me an option...Anyway...still unemployed but continued sending payments to Chase. Not the required payments but sending what I could, hoping this would show me making an effort.....Afterall, I didnt receive a BAIL-OUT......anyhow, went online last month to make a payment to Chase, and to my surprise, they had turned me over to a collection agency (no notification whatsoever). My question is....Can they do this to a consumer who was sending in payments and they were accepting them and cashing them?????
Opened my Chase Perfect card June of 2009 and was given initial CL of $2400, which is where it still stands.
June statement drops on the 18th so I'm interested to see if I'll get any kind of increase at this 1 yr anniversary.
Me and my wife have a Chase Plat and we have not received a CLI in a long, long time.
