CHEVRON CARD UPGRADE TO VISA?

Does anyone know if GEMB upgrades their Chevron Card customers, to the Visa? I just applied for the VIsa and they approved me for $500 on the Regular Chevron Card. Smiley Sad

They do (by invitation only) but it's one of those rare instances on this specific card.
