Hi everyone
I applied for a CITI card 20 days ago. called CSR twice and each time they said we are still processing we'll get back to you in 7-10 days!!!
Anyone had a similar experience with CITI?
I am sick of waiting I don't want the card anymore but I wasted the inquiry so I might as well see where this is going.
And every backdoor number I tried took me to a foreign accent CSR who kept repeating the same thing over and over. Is there a number that will get you to someone who is actually capable of doing something?
