CITI AA Cards - Personal & Biz

does anyone know if you can move limits to or from a Citi AA Biz to personal or from a personal to Biz account?  Both are Citi AA cards.

No you can't. Citi won't even let you move CLs between personal cards most of the time.

I've heard Citi is pretty rigid in terms of PC'ing and shifting lines.
