Young E--I don't know of any CD where you can add on.
I apped for the citi secured card on Saturday and they withdrew the funds today--also pulled my credit report today (I assume experian). We'll see what happens next. EX FAKO: 723 (last FICO was 670s) with three paid charge-offs from 2005.
