I told Citi that I no longer wanted to shop at Costco due to my loyalty with Amex and they allowed me to do a product change from the Citi Costco Visa Signature to the Citi Hilton HHonors Visa Signature card. I am very happy about that! My shopping will be done at Sam's Club now.
I was told on the 20th I "may" be able to convert my TYP to a Costco card. Will let you guys know the results.

I need to look into PCing. Do you still have an active Costco membership?
BTW, I just got my card yesterday. It's a nice looking card and it does say Visa Signature, despite my $500 CL (I moved most of my CL to BCE before the transition).

They need to make money outside costco towards 2% costco and 4% gas payments, thats why i believe irrespective of the limits all cards are visa signature

I'm so shocked to see all these people posted about product changing... I would argue this is one of the best cash back cards on market right now?!
Excluding in-store purchases, it's no better than my Sam's Club. And I could always use Blispay inside Sam's (or Costco, for that matter).
Does anyone know if the costco citi card will have a FTF? I know the Sam's Club card recently took that off.
