yea that too regarding being a HP it's a possibility but since you have a lot of them I wouldn't sweat it...if you get hit with a HP and no CLI just call and speak with someone who has the capability to review the report that was pulled and put in a manual increase for you

I would think it is a HP or maybe it was sent to the analyst que and hasn't been processed yet.

It's now 10:45 AM as I type this so I logged into my online account and still no increase or document so I called. Rep said "they" want to speak with me so I'll be receiving a phone call today. Who the heck is "they" lol?

How Citi is nowadays in getting cli's, in my opinion they put you through jumps and leaps but I can remember the good old days it was so easy to get a cli and also no HARD pull, I quess those days are gone!!!

It's about 3:10 PM now and I still haven't heard anything so I decided to give CITI another call. It turns out that it went to a manual review because I have a fraud alert on my EQ file. So that solves the mystery as to why "they" want to speak with me.
