Just a quick question. I just got my Citi Secured Card at the beginning of this month. NO AF on the paperwork. Thought it was a mistake. They sent me statement. It says, " Membership fee Sep 11 to AUg 12--- 0.00$.!
Is this normal to get no AF on this card?
