CITI strange credit limits

I have three citi cards:

Citi professional $12000

Citi Thankyou $11000

Citi Diamond Preferred $500

Both citi professional and citi thankyou have regular decent AUTO CLI, but the Diamond preferred never had any CLI in last 3 years. It is an odd ball in my credit profile. Any thoughts.

I remember seeing/reading/hearing that the Diamond Preferred is a "lower" tiered card so maybe that's why

I have never gotten an auto CLI on my CDP either, but I do get SP cli's from time to time on it.
