Citi have offered them for a while but now seems to have started a push (my daughter got this email today on her Forward). These are chip&sig, largely with hefty FTFs, so not so very useful.

I go the email this morning for my Citi Diamond Pref, to get the chip.......but I was waiting to pc this card -- til the original bt offer ends next month, so I hear that's when you can pc??

My Dividend came standard with Chip...I used it once in Quebec since I don't speak french and he was frantically crossing his arms when I tried to give him my CU CC with no chip on it...
