Afternoon. So I am waiting for my Citi Prestige to arrive and once it does, I plan on requesting a CLI via HP. I am not sure if the best method is to call the number on the back of the card (I believe the Prestige has the EO number on back), go online and request via chat, or to request using the luv button on the site? Regardless of the method, I am wondering if I can request CLI for both my Citi cards using the same HP? Obviously, I would have to call in or talk to someone in chat to accomplish that task, if it is even possible. Thanks in advance for any insight.
Your best option is to call so that you can kills two birds with one stone. If you do it online, you might get two hardpulls for two CLIs...

Is this just for Citi or its best to call any company where you have multiple cards to consolidate a hardpull?

Any credit card company, as requests online are specific to each card. I doubt the scenario will work, but just curious if anyone has been successful. I did a search on myfico and only found where one attempted with Chase and apparently it was denied due to a recent credit limit increase on a secondary chase card. From the post it looks like they attempted at two different times, so their scenario is a bit different from what I am presenting.
