Regular Cap1 cards have been reporting properly for a year and a half now. Either yours isn't being handled correctly, or it's a Visa Signature or MC World card that frequently (not always) don't report limits.

What type of Cap1 card do you have, and what's its limit?

Capital One Platinum - Limit is $500.

They fixed the problem about two years ago. Capital one now reports the ending bal.
