CLI HP or SP?

I was just wondering since both cards are owned by citi bank now and i wanna say its a HP but want to make sure 

For Sears Card and Best Buy card if i request a CLI is it a HP or SP?

Citi can go either way. I usually call and ask if I'm eligible for a SP increase.

Back when the change happened I was hoping I'd get a SP CLI on my BB card but nope CSR said it had to be a HP. I didn't recon or try EO though so maybe that route may work.

Best Buy is HP

I was thinking Sears was SP but unsure since I don't have it and we don't see to to much reported about it.
