I haven't tried to contact EO for Cap1. 

The card with bird is GERB American Eagle Store Card. Bingo GE luv =big CLI's $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ cha ching 

This one is your best bet followed by CAP1

Depending on how long you've had the cards but GE every 4 months 

Cap1 every 5-6 months thur EO

I'm going back to them again in July to see if I can get another 2 CLI's
