Remember Orchard's funky in-house procedure. For many accounts, (mine & DH's) they will only give $100 a day; but you can call in tomorrow and ask if there's another CLI available for you. Call each day (or so) until they say no - and then wait six months and start the procedure again. For us, they never have soft or hard-pulled - but we always make sure there's no hard pull when we talk to the CSR.
