CLI thread, how soon can I ask for it?

Hi,

I just received all the cards in mail from my recent app spree, my question now is, how soon can I ask for CLI, SP or HP? My cards are the following :

1. Chase Freedom

2. Amex BCE - 61 days.

3. Discover IT

4. Barclays Arrival Platinum

5. DCU visa

6. Sportman Guide (comenity)

7. Mypoint Visa (comenity)

8. BOA cash reward ( graduated and CLI granted in OCT 2013)

I have a US bank secured card since Jan 2013, will call to unsecure at 1 year mark, is it HP or SP? Is the CLI usually come with the graduation (if I ask)?

1. Chase freedom: anytime you want. It's going to be a HP.
2. Amex 61 days, 180 days thereafter, or 90 days if your CLI request was declined.
3. Discover: 90 days after account is opened. Can be HP or SP.
4. Barclays: anytime you want. It's going to be a HP.
No idea about 5-7.
8. BofA. Anytime you want. HP as well.
