Re: COMMENITY BANK VIRGIN AMERICA CARD HELP!

Just got a denial letter from Commenity with a 690 FICO and was very surprised.  The cited excessive obligations in relation to credit limit for the denial which is even more suprprising since I only have 2 credit cards which are both paid in full and a mortgage (no car payments or other loans outstanding).  The only reason I wanted the card was because I fly Virgin Atlantic a lot and wanted to get the free bag check but guess I will now use one of my other cards.   Very shocked at Commenity bank and will now stay away from them.
