CR Decrease need advise

Thanks for the advice. The only reason I have a high balance on Cap One is beacuse I have 0% till mid of next year and the idea was to pay it off by Mar 2010.

I have a Penfed card also any suggestion for a four star CU.

Bauer Financial and Bankrate have the ratings on CU's.

Thanks. I am thinking of making a switch to First NY FCU they are a 5 star as per the Bauer Financial.

Hopefully they should be better than my current CU.
