whogavemecredit is just a site that list results of credit seekers and gives no credit related advice.

the un-named site tends to instruct users to do things that are not always ethical and see's themselves as a credit repair organization

MyFico on the other hand must adhere to certain rules and regulations and can not be associated with such site or risk losing accreditation which allows you the chance to get credit reports and scores.

Does that make sense?

You can share that information PM.  I've had some people argue we just don't allow it because of competition.  That's not true.  There are several sites that sell CRs and scores and we allow all that information freely, and will even help recommend them to others.   However, there are certain sites that allow posts that violate the TOS of the myFICO forms that we can't allow links to.  Now you can mention them.. there's no problem with that.  You can say try the data pulls over at the creditboards.  That's acceptable.
