CREDIT REFUND FROM CITIBANK CREDIT CARD

I have autopay for my citi credit card and this month there is an overage of payment, has anyone been through this, has anyone requested a credit refund check and how long did it take for you to recieve it.  Thanks for any information.

It took me about a week or so, however, I have my Citi credit cards linked to my checking and savings accounts at Citibank, so processed it back into my checking account directly. I'd assume a check would probably have been another week or so to have received.
