The 50k point offer was a really good deal but you can't get it any more. Plus you know in a year or so they will raise every ones af to 125 now that they know people will
Pay lol.

There is no proof of this. At this point it s a targeted offer. What is your source of such info?

Surprise! There is no proof. Imagine that! There are people in this world that post on the internet who just give their opinions? Shocking. Not everything posted has to or is based on fact.
As you know, it's just his opinion and we all know about those....

Sounds terrible if you plan on keeping it after the sign up bonus. Not really. The additional bonus was 10K UR. As some people value a UR around 2c, this is $200 extra, and the annual fee is $30 more. So from that view, keeping it for 6 years would still leave you ahead.
Well, you go ahead and have fun doing that.
For anyone with disposable income, and as longtimelurker pointed out, the $125 AF is really a drop in the bucket and still retaining a positive value on the card in the long term.
$125 isn't a drop in the bucket. I can get great rewards with cards that don't have annual fees. Don't let these companies fool you.

FYI - asking for the source is a VALID opinion as well - unless this is just a "rumor", then valid sources can still count... last time I checked. BTW, thanks for pointing out the obvious Kenny.

It depends on the individual and whether they see a value in having the card and if the AF justifies such value. Your line up includes BCP and CSP, so while you may obtain great rewards with CCs without AFs, then you must see some value for having both CSP/BCP.
@finstar just FYI ( which means for your informationany "lol" is an abbreviation which means laugh out loud. When a sentence on the Internet ends with "lol" it should not be taken as a fact, it is meant as a joke.
Thanks for the FYI (lol) clarification Haroon.
