OP, i'm just like you. I have one for my wallet and another one for my travel wallet. That way I don't have to switch cards in and out all the time. Just say your card is damaged and u want another card with the same account #. They will happily send you another. Adding an AU would work, or asking for one with a chip would work as well just as others have stated.

Agree with the poster above. Just save you've been having issues with the magnetic strip and have a replacement card overnighted to you. It shouldn't have a new account number or anything.
