CSP In Chase Branch Offer

As some of you may know, if you apply for a CSP in branch, the offer is 40k points after $2000 spend, instead of $3000 spend on the online offer. My question is, does the in branch offer also include the 5k bonus for adding an authorized user? The online deal does so, and I want to make sure before I go apply in branch. Thanks!!

Flyertalk suggests that this doesn't have the 5K bonus for AU available in the standard 3K offer

There is/was also a 50k sign-up bonus as well for online.

That has gone from online (with the $125 AF) but maybe available in a branch
