CSP PIN?

Does anybody know when the CSP will be able to use PIN for trasnactions? Will be going overseas next year and would like to have this option to pay.

Rumor i heard october is when they will have chip and pin .

Can't you use the Cash Advance pin as "Chip and pin"?

That would be great as merchants around my job have already have began utilizing the EMV function on my card with the same machines I've seen overseas.
