CSP Siggy question

So i never really need to call but in case i ever do. When i call CSP is it Chase or is it Visa? Like i got an email saying its conecierge service but im wondering can they also help me with my account if need be? Also what else can i use this service for?

The number on the back of your card is for Chase support. Visa concierge is through Visa so if you had an acocunt question they would transfer you back to

Chase.
