CSP and Freedom

So currently i have both of the cards the title says. However my question is: Can i call the CSP number for questions regarding my freedom? OR do i need to stick with the freedom number? If i can call CSP do i tell them the last 4 of my freedom or still the last 4 of my CSP?

Re: CSP and Freedom

Does Chase have the online chat function? I've been using the chat more and more these days with other cards. I haven't had to contact Chase about anything yet.

Re: CSP and Freedom

Chase does not have a chat button, at least i dont think. I usually prefer chat too, but since CSP and Discover are people right away i dont mind calling them. Chase you can also secure message.

Since CSP is more experienced and quicker, I would have no issue contacting them.   If necessary, they can tell I need to call the Freedom number.

Re: CSP and Freedom

The way i do it i call the CSP number ask a quick silly question, maybe something about the UR and then i ask all i need for my Freedom. i transition like this. "alright that sounds good but also for my chase freedom...." which they will be like can i have the las4 numbers and they will look into it.

Re: CSP and Freedom

I have all 3 chase cards and I've been calling 800-432-3117 and it will ask me for the last 4 of my card. Once entered the rep that picks up know exactly which card that I'm calling about. And they help me with all questions or issues.

Re: CSP and Freedom

The way I see it, regardless of what card you're calling about, you own/have a CSP so you should be entitled to all of the benefits the card carries, regardless of account.
