CSP and existing banking relationship question???

Hi all:

Quick question for a friend of mine. He's interested in applying for the CSP and has a banking relationship with Chase. He holds both a checking and savings for several years but has opened more than 5 credit cards in 2 years. Has anyone heard of Chase making exceptions to those who have an existing banking relationship? Oh he also has several cards with Chase too. Thanks!!!!!! N

Only exception is if he goes in branch and their systems show him as pre-qualified. Existing relationship doesn't seem to matter without prequal.
