CSP application - "Recommended for Approval"...???

If you already have a Chase online account set up, Chase will typically add an approved credit card to it immediately upon approval.  Thus, if you can't get anywhere on the phone, you should periodically check your Chase online account.

Again, by verify I didn't mean they would ask you...  I meant that they would use their resources to see if what you said matches what they show

Asking for income isn't really what many of us consider 'verifying. "verifying would be more like an FR from amex.

I called again today, since the whole verification pending hoopla got me a bit worried. Spoke to a very nice lady, told her why I was calling, she took my info again, and after being on hold twice, told me I was approved for a CSP with a 5k CL!!! Yay!!!
