1 Year report seems too short IMO. Plus, your income is too low I believe you need at least $50k to even get reconsider then again I could be wrong. Just wait until your Amex report your new CL then apply. If denied or further review just recon and call them it doesn't hurt to ask.

You do not need to make $50k a year for this card.

Not sure where that came from but there was someone who was a college student who was even approved.

jumped the gun and got insta approved for 6k!! applied at my local branch to get a $2000 spend instead the $3000 offer online.
