Not sure if anyone else was ever frustrated with this issue but...
- you CAN hold both the sapphire (no AF) and CSP at the same time
- apping for the CSP after sapphire still gives you the bonus points (personally waited 13 months in between...no idea if there's a minimum wait time...)
