I started with a $300 CL on my QS back in January. Hit the luv button after 5th statement cut, got a $500 increase. Tried hitting luv button again 2.5 weeks later, got 2-3 day message and was declined. Then a few days later after paying my card down to zero, I got an auto CLI for another $500 bringing me to $1,300. My steps increase is still scheduled for sometime within the next 2 billing statements.
I used it fairly regularly and always made more than the minimum payment. Sometimes even multiple payments in one month. Balances reported varied. Didn't pay too much attention to that at the time because I didn't care too much about credit (this was before myfico).

A lot of people don't like Cap One but they've been nothing but great to me. If you use their cards often & pay often/on time, they're probably the most generous of all the cc companies with people with less than perfect credit.
Starting Score (02/01/2014): EQ 548 EX 548 TU 564
Hmm good question. My scores were in the 660-680 range when I got the first increase. When I got the second increase last week, they were 680-700 (still are), so around 20+ points higher across the board.
