Does anyone know if the workers are helpful when you call the back door number for usbank? I got a Young adult visa in 2007 and I want to know if I could get a product change without a hard inquiry.. i've called the regular number and they've said it would be a separate application.
In my opinion, US Bank customer service reps have generally been friendly but not very knowledgeable about their products.
It wouldnt hurt to give it a try since again, they are friendly, but I've always heard several different things depending on which rep I talk to. I would say they're probably the opposite of Capital One as in US Bank phone reps are friendly, but unpredictable.
