Can BoA 123 card be upgraded to anything better?

Title says it all. I have AMEX BCP now and so my BoA 123 cash rewards card is useless. Anything I can upgrade it to without a credit pull, like a global 1.5 or 2% cashback card?

AMEX BCP : $15K | Citi Forward : $8.5K | Citi Dividend : $8K | NFL Cash Rewards : $6K
Chase Freedom : $5K | Discover More : $5K | BoA Travel Rewards : 3K

Upgrade it to the Travel rewards, you get 1.5 point on everything, Has an EMV chip no Annual fee or FTF, really good card for international travel and for purchases where you usually get 1% with the other cards...
