Can I PC my United Explorer to Club?

I really want the lounge access... can I call Chase to have them upgrade to the CLub version?  Or would that require an additional app?

I pc'd from the explorer to club in March this year. Chase refunded my prorated annual fee for the explorer and didn't charge me my annual fee for the club until October.. I was surprised to say the least as I expected the annual fee by May at the latest
