Can I get 0% APR for first 6 months with FICO of 648/644/661?

I am looking to purchase a ring and the jeweler is offering 6 months same as cash with Wells Fargo. My credit scores are: TransUnion 648 Equifax 644 Experian 661 I just paid off $24k of credit cards (all cc debt!). My Experian has jumped 22 pts in one month and it still shows I have $18k in cc debt. I'm waiting to see when Experian will update their records. Any ideas?

Forgot to mention: I have a Citi MC, AmEx Gold, and Discover with all 0 balances and were all paid off two weeks ago. The APR are around 18-24%! AmEx must be paid in full each month. I need about $8000 and will pay it off in 6 months... would like 12 months if possible no interest.
