Can I lower my APR?

I got my credit cards about 2 years ago. My credit score was really bad. I have made all my payments on time the required amount or a little bit higher the amount they wanted. I have contacted capital one to see if they can lower my APR they said no. My credit score right now at 650. What should I do? Thank you

I frequently contact my credit card companies and request a reduction in my APR.

i've been successful many times. Other times they have said I was not eligible.

I'd say contact them from time to time requesting the same. Keep trying until you can get it reduced. It may take some patience . But it's well worth it.

Contact the EO via email requesting a reduction in your APR.  They'll contact you and should be willing to oblige.
