Can't Access BCE/BCP Rewards

On my account summary page for my BCP card, the section where it shows the amout of cashback I have dissapeared. Also, when I go to http://americanexpress.com/rewarddollars, it won't let me log in there either. Is anyone else having this problem? I emailed CS and they said it should be showing. I've tried different browsers so I know it's not an issue on my end.

I have the older Blue Cash, (Not Preferred or Everyday) and I can still see my reward dollars.
Starting Score: EQ 717 EX 724 TU 736
Current Score: EQ 777 EX 767 TU 771

They just started showing up for me (BCP).  For the last several days they weren't there, but just checked now.
