Can the Barlcays Upromise card be pc'd to anything?

Got approved for the Barclays Upromise WMC a few days ago can it be Pc'd to anything else? Also if possible how long would I have to wait to pc it.

^ valid question but it doesn't help op lol. and i am under the impression the co-branded cards like that and sallie mae cannot be transferred as far as i am aware.

Um because I wanted a barclay card and I'm going to be a college student. I was juSt wondering in case I ever wanted more options
