That is what I am thinking. 3 Years lot could have changed.  I'll call them tomorrow and see if they would allow product change now.

Wasn't Smith Barney sold to MorganStanley a few years ago?  I would think that if still Citi owns that account, they would PC you into a similar product.

I called Citi and they did a product change from Smith Barney MasterCard to Citi Dividend Cash Back MasterCard. I am Happy....
