I requested a PC, a few months ago, from Orchard to another HSBC product and they said "no".

I was told no.  + you can’t even transfer the orchard CL to another HSBC cc (if you had 1).  Besides, now that you’re flashing the amex, Citibank bling, closing orchard shouldn't hurt you
