My apartment is littered with envelopes with Discover More offers I don't want (spend $1000 get $100 back with ton of months of 0% APR that I won't use because I don't borrow money on credit cards). Girlfriend gets a ton of them too. Between the two of us I'd say we average 5-6 big envelopes a week.
A) Is there a chance I ever get a better offer? I'm really poor so I'd probably get the card if they gave me 300 bucks.
and
B) Assuming the answer to A is no, is there any way to make this stop without opting out of offers from other companies?

I don't think you can just opt out of just one. You may try calling them and let them know your not interested.

Yes! Call Discover (number below) and tell them that you are not a customer, and that you want to opt-out of marketing/and promotions.

We're in the same boat. Between myself, my brother, and my mom, we are averaging about 15 Discover More offers per WEEK!
