Can you score FICO points even while having high balances?

Say most of your cards are close to the max, you've already suffered the point loss for it, do you continue to lose points every month for having high UTIL??

And if you don't lose points, will your score go up making more than the minimum pymt every month? Pretty much keeping all the accts current but high Bals?

No,    Utilizaation is calculated on the day you score is pulled.   It makes no difference what your utilization was in the past.   There is no history of it.

The amount of payment is not used for calculation, only the reported balances diveded by reported CL.
