Cap 1 Backdoor number

Just thought I would mention one of my findings on the post listed backdoor numbers. The number listed for Cap-1 1-877-513-9959 as "retention" is actually a number to a cap 1 center here in the USA. Any other number I have tried always takes you to Eastern Inda. I don't know how you guys feel but I support jobs in our country so this is the number I call. Oh and the biggest plus is that you can understand them, I have some trouble understanding the overseas reps so this number is an awesome find.

800-707-0489 is the direct number to the Senior Escalation Account Managers in the USA.  They answer directly.

Thanks for the update. I will PM the mod who takes care of the backdoor list about this.
