The facebook thing doesn't work. I wouldn't even bother. They are going to give you the same answers as the normal CSRs.

Typical CrapOne. I should have known. Now I'm starting to understand why people really hate these guys. I've rarely had to interact with CS but wow.

Oh well.......back to the SD for Cap 1 I guess......I just don't understand 'em.   I will call them tomorrow to see what their line is I guess.

Re: Cap 1 EO contact sources

Such a waste for me.....got a reply wanting to know why I was denied then without any discussion said I should contact the credit bureau.  Reason for denial

"Based on your credit report from Equifax, too few or no revolving accounts have a balance"

Based on your credit report from Transunion, there are too many new revolving accounts"

No comment from Experian.....they reported my credit score from EQ as 650, my FICOs are EQ 724, TU 733, Ex 740.   even my proprietary score from EQ is 675.  I wonder if these people actually pull and review current reports even though they hit you with 3 HP's
