What is your CL on your card? The minimum for their visa cash rewards at application is $3,000, however, they might just change it to a visa for you if you ask. That isn't so much a PC as just asking for a different network.
Getting it upgraded to a visa siggy is a different story though.

I have the AF one which I got in late July with 2000CL.
I would just ask. The worst thing that can happen is they say no. haha
Is there any reason in specific you want the visa over the MC?
