I logged into Capital One today to cancel my Spark card and decided to try to PC it one last time. Clicked on the "Modify Your Features" to get the "There are no offers available at this time"
I clicked on the "Chat Now" button to go ahead and cancel it, told the agent I either needed it changed to a Rewards Card or to cancel it. I was VERY surprised when he said "There is an offer on your account to switch to a Cash or Miles card, would you be interested in one of those?"
Now I have Prime Rewards to go with the Prime limit from Cap 1!
I really do have a Love-Hate relationship with them!!

You should throw a party because PCing a Cap One card is almost impossible. It's as rare as someone escaping from the "Friend Zone". Congratulations! :-P

Did they pull your credit for it?

What did you have and what did you PC to?

No credit pull.
I had the Classic Platinum Business Visa and switched to the Spark Miles Business card. About 6 weeks ago I emailed that executive office and my crappy little $750 credit line was increased to $10,000 (which matches about 3 other lines I have) but they would not PC the card to anything with rewards. Now I get 2 miles for every $1 spent.
