Cap 1 Question...CLI

I recieved a auto CLI on my Cap 1 card in Feb, The last requested CLI was Nov 2015. I know you usually have to wait 6 months after a CLI, does that include an auto CLI? Or can I request a CLI in may, being the 6 month mark from my last requested CLI?

You can request a CLI whenever you want, but from what I have read, you need to go 6 months between CLIs

It seems to be a 6 month waiting period regardless of if it was an auto CLI or customer requested.
